GOAL: Process and environmental engineering to enable a quality decision to be made for strategic capital planning. This will take the project from concept to a go/no-go situation.

Detail Design Phase (FEED 3)
GOAL: Detailed project planning, engineering bid packages, equipment specifications and quotations for construction of multiple year installations. This will take the project from the board approval to contract award and ready for construction. The majority of equipment will be purchased during this phase.

Construction Management Phase
GOAL: Detailed construction management, procurement, and start-up assistance services to execute and control all construction and equipment purchase contracts. This will take the project from contract award to start-up. Both on-site and office-based construction management services are included.
